I'm thinking about buying a PS3 and at the moment I play my 360 through VGA and was wondering if there was one for the PS3. I don't think there's anything official so if anyone knows any good ones that would be great.

You may try looking for an HDMI to VGA... not sure if they have those. If you have a DVI connector, I know they make HDMI to DVI.

The Ps3 comes with VGA cables straight out of the box. HDMI would be the accessory you have to buy separately so you should be good to go.

No you are confused.

The PS3 comes with Composite (RCA) cables. VGA is different.

Are there any problems with HDCP if you convert the PS3's HDMI to VGA? Or will it still be able to see that you're playing content on a certified display? I always had wondered if Blu-Ray disks or other HDCP-protected content would be scaled down if you convereted the signal to VGA-only.

That's what iv'e been wondering. I Though PS3 would have surely had a VGA cable but havn't come across one yet.

VGA on the 360 is best if you have a 720p set.
