I've had this idea for a few days and wanted to get it out there in-case anyone is interested in pre-ordering digital games on PS4.
So, we all know that we should not pre-order but we also want all those pre-order goodies... right?
Check this out from Sony's site (link):
"
If you change your mind about a purchase made from the PlayStation®Store, you can request a refund to your PSN wallet within 14 days from the date of transaction, provided that you have not started downloading or streaming your purchase."
So, if you really want what ever the pre-order DLC might be, just purchase the game in less that 2 weeks from release and don't download the game. You might want to turn off automatic downloads also, I'm not sure how that would work.
Next, you just wait for good ol' GB to do a quick look or for Metacritic to get a score posted. If you like what you see, download your "pre-ordered" game and your bonus goodies or call and request a refund. Put the money back in your PSN wallet and throw down on the next POS.
Also, I get that this may not work when the pre-order bonus you are looking for is early access to the game... You can figure out what to do yourself then, I'm sure.
