    Shouldn't there the regular volume controls be here also? It's the only way to change brightness so it's not like this screen is not used... it's like you go to it and the Vita is like "ha ha, you still have to use the volume buttons!"

    All it would take is a software update...

    @egg: You mean the volume buttons located about an inch away from that slider? The Volume buttons are overall system volume, the music volume is for music you listen to while playing games. I don't really see a problem with them not having another slider there. I'm sure they could do it, I just don't see much of a point.

    Well thanks, but of course there isn't a problem with it. There already is "music volume" on this screen, so Sony is obviously trolling by not putting regular volume here also. The omission of this feature is actually more conspicuous than would be the inclusion of it. And maybe it's just me but the volume buttons are a bit out of the way, and you kind of have to mash it on the OLED model.
