Best of 2010

I did not play that many games that came out in 2010 but I manged to make this small list.

  1. Sakura Wars: So Long, My Love

  I did not actually "play" Sakura Wars: So Long, My Love but it is definitely my favorite game of this year. My younger brother actually played Sakura Wars while my other brother and myself just watch him play. Simply watching someone play a game may sound boring but it was one of the funnest gaming experiences I've had in a long time.

  For six months My brothers and I would sit down with a bunch of brownies and play Sakura Wars almost every night. We also read out loud all the non-voiced text in the game, which created a lot of unintentional humor. I just had so much fun "playing" this game with my family which is why Sakura Wars: So Long, My Love is my number one game of 2010.

  2. 999: 9 Hours, 9 Persons, 9 Doors

  I love adventure games and 999 is one of the greatest on the DS! I was also pleased to play such a great game after being incredibly disappointed by Ace Attorney Investigations.

  3. Mass Effect 2

  What else can I say that has not already been said.
