I like THQ's new model of giving those who pre-order a season pass/free DLC. It rewards those who buy the game early, rather than those who wait for sales.

Yeah, i'm definitely one of those people. I only buy around 2 games on average per year so I don't mind waiting, but I just feel that if there is no GOTY edition out for this game (Sleeping Dogs) then i'll miss out on the preorder bonuses.

Your question assumes that:

1. Both Sleeping Dogs and Hitman Absolution are going to be expanded on enough with DLC or whatever to be rereleased as a bundle with it.
2. Both Sleeping Dogs and Hitman Absolution will sell enough to justify repackaging them with said content.

I'm fairly unfamiliar with this, but I know that Sleeping Dogs has several preorder bonuses. Not sure whether that counts towards the extra content or not. :/

I might be wrong but it just seems that the majority of games which tend to get a GOTY edition are critically successful and/or heavily marketed. So I'm just wondering what the chances are that the smaller titles i've mentioned above would also get one.

@LiquidPrince It's a CD. So if I download it onto this console, recover my gamertag on another one I should still be able to redownload it onto that other one?

I recently purchased Batman Arkham City: GOTY Edition. I saw on play-asia that Arkham Asylum GOTY Edition was region free for the one that didn't support 3D, and wasn't region free for the one that did. Do you think that this would also be the case for Arkham City? Because if so then i'd rather trade it back in for the one without. Thanks.

Last year I purchased the Naruto game, the 2nd in the storm series. I found myself enjoying it a lot. Now i'm unsure of the changes, but one thing that stood out to me in the last game were the boss fights, with the quicktime events. I have read in places that those aren't in but am not positive. Could somebody verify this? Thanks in advance.

Yeah, I kind of wish Lionhead would start a new IP, but due to the popularity of the Fable franchise I don't think they'd just let it go that easily.
