What a freakin debut title. Beautiful, intriguing, luscious, and so much fun. Might still be the best game Supergiant has ever made. Absolute classic.
The first game to demonstrate how much fun reading other people's emails could be. Love the world here so much that it makes up for a couple of problems with the encounter design. Art direction rulesss.
Minecraft was a time machine. You started it up and then morning came. It's incredible to me that people are STILL playing this game almost a decade later. Shame about Notch, though.
People hate on this game but I had a freakin' blast playing through it. All of the numbered Uncharted games have been fantastic, this was no exception. Naughty Dog rules.
Hilarious, violent, stupid, fun. Sometimes thats all that an FPS needs to be.
This game breathed a breath of fresh air into the side scroller genre. Absolutely gorgeous with the tightest controls money can buy. Fantastic, innovative, and fun level design.
This is the only F.E.A.R. game I ever played, and the last horror game I played for years. Severely scary and actually really well made for what amounts to a cash-grab sequel.
Easy to learn, impossible to master. One of the great roguelikes.
This was the first enjoyable Sonic game since Sonic CD. That alone merits a spot on the list.
