I found the thing that says tracking in my emails. it made it to the uk on the 14th but it's still not here, almost 2 weeks later. What I'll do is go to my local post office see if they have anything of mine. but if they don't, surely it's lost. right?

It says hes on holiday, which is fine, I can wait I just want to know that if things don't work out it will be dealt with. Thanks.

I sent an email 2-3days ago to support with no reply. I kinda don't know what to do? I mean if this is normal I'm not worried but it might be lost for all I know.
