Microsoft's E3 Press Conference was Awesome!

After having problems with Gamespot's video player, I was able to turn to G4 to see live, commercial-free coverage of the Microsoft press conference and let me just say I was on the edge of my seat for many of the announcements.
Leading off with Beatles Rock Band completely took me by surprise. I have been psyched for this game since it was announced and the cinematic and live demonstration of gameplay made my anticipation greater. Unfortunately, it seemed to me that Paul McCartney, Ringo Starr and the widows of Lennon and Harrison were simply present to provide un-needed authenticity to the game show-off. The two surviving members just seemed SO THRILLED to be there. (sarcasm)
I fast forwarded through many of the trailers for games I just wasnt interested in...Forza 3, Tony Hawk RIDE, and a few others. I really liked what I saw of Halo 3: ODST. The best trailer, by far, was the seemingly red herring Alan Wake. Years and years of delays, no news, and no footage led me to believe that this was never coming out. IT WAS WORTH THE WAIT! Spring 2010 can't come fast enough!
Facebook and Twitter on Xbox Live were cool to see, as well as Last FM. Not too impressed with the new video service, something I never use.
MGS on the 360, all previous games in the series and a new entry.....SWEET!
The star of the show, by far, was project Natal....all the speculation and rumors of Microsoft's new motion-sensing peripheral could not have prepared me for what was shown today. One of my thoughts while watching this was that the technology, if it is as interactive as the press conference made it out to be, was the movie Minority Report. The free-range motion and level of motion regognition is eerily similar to Stephen Spielberg's vision of the future in Philip K Dick's story.
Well, I don't have too much more to say about the press conference, except that Sony and Nintendo need to have a lot up their sleeves to top Microsoft.
What were your favorite moments of the press conference, if you watched it? Please comment.
