Philadelphia's new speed bumps not to be confused with Mario Kart

Philadelphia is rolling out a program where select roads will have three-dimensional-like images placed onto the surface resembling speed bumps and other usual road obstacles (such as the predominant spiked chevron) in an attempt to get drivers to obey the speed limit. Like red-light cameras, this plan will probably work for the first week, then ultimately become useless once everyone knows where all the traps are.
