Okay, so as I was preparing to watch the Giants get crushed by the Eagles yesterday on FOX, I see this trailer for a movie, Avatar, which I knew was written and directed by James Cameron, so I'm like "WTF...I'll watch it and see what its all about." HOLY SHIT!!!. It looks amazing. I cannot wait. The CGI looks breathtaking, and the story will always be there with James Cameron. Just watch this trailer. The battle at the end looks ridiculously epic...in every sense of the word.

Well gaming wise I've just been playing Madden, i might play some ODST later this week, and then I'm just holding down the fort till nov. 20th when MW 2 comes out. I cannot wait for that game. I am so stoked. 
 
In other news Boderlands came out and it was generally well recieved scoring nothing but 4-5 star reviews and 8-9 scores. I read Game Infromer's review of DA: O and it sounds pretty amazing, so I cannot wait to play it. Also I need to see how AC 2 and L4D 2 turn out. Some good games are coming out.

So I've been hearing a lot of buzz about this movie Avatar. And I seriously do not know anything about it. Is it based on the anime with the same name?

no, its a completely original story written by James Cameron, M Knight Shamalangadingdong is making a movie based on the anime called The Last Airbender.

Well I feel like an idiot. I've spent the last 6 months thinking this was based on the Anime. Or is that The Last Airbender I'm thinking of? I'm so confused, and I know I have no right to be.

This movie was concieved completely from the mind of James Cameron (director of Terminator, Aliens, and Titanic) It is just based off of his mind. Last Airbender is based off an Anime.
