I would definitely consider purchasing NHL games if they were improved like this. I usually only play the Demos and I've had enough.

NHL 09 is the best hockey game made yet.  Get over it.

dude, I'm perfectly happy with NHL 09, I'm just pointing out the little things that need to be done to improve it even further, I'm not trying to rip on NHL 09.

Now that we've cleared that up...  Straight up man, I agree with everything.

I'm happy with the list at the moment, I'm sure I'll think of something... It's not a popular opinion but I'd like even more attention on Goalie mode.  I love it, I'm addicted.

agreed, 2K really needs to improve it there especially for the PS3, since you can only move the goalie by using the sixaxxis, which I don't like, it's clunky and it makes me feel like a moron waving my arms around trying to get the goalie to move. I do like NHL 09s version of goalie mode, but I think it needs more stances, maybe in NHL 2010 they'll add the skill stick for goalies, which I honestly think would be awesome.
