  • It's a decent story, but the game-play is shockingly bland, and the combat is weak. It's also a 'collectibles' hunt, which is even lamer. The atmosphere saves this one.

  • Good game. Quite over-hyped, but I got some fun out of it. Seemed to be funner in small gaming sessions, as boredom set in due to the repetitiveness of the missions. Graphics were amazing too, the ending was very cryptic and set up the sequel nicely. I'm down to play AC2!

  • Good story, good gameplay. Enjoyed the humorous banter between the squad, and the action got fast and furious often. Also enjoyed that it wasn't too easy and wasn't too hard, just right for me. Multiplayer was good too!

  • Excellent shooter/RPG hybrid. It's much more a shooter, but with enough RPG stylings to make it even funner. It's a loot-lovers paradise, and the missions keep it interesting throughout. The DLC is hit or miss though. Rating: * * * *

  • Such an outstanding game. I didn't really like it at first, but then I started getting into the story and the action was very fast, and the puzzles along the way were tricky sometimes. Great graphics, terrific story, loved it!

  • Well, it's not quite as good as the first Bioshock but it's still a terrific game. Rapture still has some wonderful stories to tell, and this is a great shooter/adventure. Get the Minerva's Den DLC too, it's awesome. Rating: * * * *

  • This game pisses me off. The combat system is nearly perfect for me. I love turn-based RPG combat and this is some of the best I've played. The story is passable, but these are some of the most unlikable, uninteresting characters in a rpg ever. No facial expressions whatsoever, poor voice acting (Shu), annoying characters (Marumaru)...and just plain DULL characters. Of course they're all children (hi, jrpg), and it's damn silly.

  • Very fun game, but never having played a Burnout game before, the career mode was/is confusing. I loved the action though, it was fun!

  • Could not get into this game much. I like definite goals and objectives, and this does neither. Great graphics though, and it's a burnout game, so the driving and racing is great. I may pick it up again later.

  • Well, this would probably make an awesome movie that I would want to watch, but as a video game? Not so much. It's a decent ride, but it's very short and very easy.

  • Pretty sucky. The combat is good, but uneven. The difficulty really starts to ramp up and you have to memorize moves...sort of a poor mans 'Devil May Cry'. The Conan license helps it, but it can't really save it from mediocrity.

  • Fun game, but suffers from bad pacing and odd story. I dug most of the combat tho. First game in the series was way better though.

  • Great game, but there's a learning curve. I love collectible card games, and this one is really good. Rules are intricate while not being overwhelming, allowing for deep strategy. Rating: * * * *

  • It doesn't totally suck, but there are so many other better FPS, I had a hard time wanting to play this one. Story was OK, and the action was decent, but it just didn't come together. Abandoned this one after the first few levels and didn't care one bit.

  • This ain't Soulcalibur, that's for sure. Couldn't really get into this one. I hated how you start literally right next to the person when the fight starts, and there was some serious balance issues among the fighters. It was OK, just not one of the better fighters.

  • You'd think with all the praise this game gets, I'd love it. Didn't like it. First off, the save system sucks. Yes, I know it's designed to be the way it is, but it still sucks. It was also tough to figure out WTF was going on, or what to do a lot of the time. Just kill a lot of zombies? Ok? Errr...yea. It was decent and I liked parts of it, but overall it left me limp.

  • Awesome game. One of my favorites this generation. Yes, it's quite easy and holds your hand a lot but the story is terrific and the atmosphere is second to NONE. The boss fights are bad ass. There's a couple of mini-games that are way out of place and add nothing to the game, but overall, it's a treat.

  • A sequel better than the original? BELIEVE. The more varied environment and the new enemies really made it for me. I got a bit weary of Dead Space towards the end, but DS2 kept my interest the entire way. Rating: * * * * 1/2

  • I don't usually like these "memorize 800 moves" type action games, but this one is pretty damn good. It feels like it's 'on rails' at times, but overall I enjoyed it and played a lot more of it and got a lot farther than I usually do with this type of game.

  • Very good RPG. A few odd design choices, such as a skill-tree where every skill is available if you're the appropriate level, but overall it's excellent. Lots of quests, lots of loot, a cool 'pet' system and the graphics are very nice. Rating: * * * *

  • I hated Fable I, but this one is a fairly enjoyable game; more an 'RPG-lite' than a true RPG. The game holds your hand most of the way through. A few cool innovations, but overall it's just OK.

  • Already played this bad by on the PC, and got it cheap for the XBOX so what the hell. It's worth it. Five star RPG all the way. Much better on the PC, play it there if you can. Rating: * * * * *

  • It's just like Fallout 3, except now we're in Vegas and we have factions to worry about. I would have given it 5 stars, but I do NOT like the faction crap at all. It ruins and closes off too many quests. It's still incredible though, just that one big flaw. Rating: * * * * 1/2

  • Why did this game bomb? This thing ROCKS! It's "Burnout with guns and missles!" what's not to love? Online is a blast and the career mode is tough, but fair. Sadly, we won't see Full Auto 2 cuz this game apparently bombed at retail. Shame!

  • Terrific game. It really captured the feel of the Ghostbusters movies, and the missions were a lot of fun. Online co-op worked very well. If you're a Ghostbusters fan, you owe it to yourself to play this one, it's very fun.

  • Halo peaked at the first game, as far as I'm concerned. Of course it's a very good game, and the fighting, gameplay and the multi-player is intense, but this is basically the same game getting a retread. Graphics have improved and so has the polish, but it's still Halo.

  • Halo add-on. Yayyyyaawnn. Rating: * * *

  • Don't know what to make of this one. It's original, at times very fun and it can be tough. At other times it loses it's way and the storyline/missions struggle. If this was a licensed game, say "Wizard of Oz", I could probably like it more and get more into the story, but without it, I'm just kind of 'whatever'.

  • Weird game. I had no interest in completing this game, but just through a few play sessions, hey it's over! I enjoyed most of it, and had fun with it. Good action sequences, and it followed the movie tie-in closely. It's short though, maybe 8 hours total. I got it cheap, so that's a bonus.

  • Ok, I'm done with FF-style and/or Mistwalker games. Another great turn-based battle system RUINED by an ungodly amount of fluff and cut-scenese. It's better than Blue Dragon I'll give it that, but it's just a generic FF clone. CUT SCENE HELL

  • I played the X-Men Legends game on the gamecube and was very underwhelmed,. Took a chance on this one cuz it was cheap, and I'm glad I did. Good game. Lots of Marvel heroes to play around with, good action and controls. Not very tough, but still lots of fun. Online co-op is a cool addition.

  • Oh boy. What can I say? This wasn't my cup of tea. The story seemed good, but I never really liked my guy, or any of the team mates. It was WAY too wordy, and found myself not giving a shit about my responses to things just to GET ON WITH IT. The combat is good, and I enjoyed that aspect of it. I dunno, maybe if it wasn't a space game and a fantasy game I'd have liked it more, but I just couldn't get into this game.

  • Terrific pinball game! Lots of classic tables, all very faithfully reproduced. There are even some bonus tables on here over the Wii version. Excellent retro atmosphere too.

  • Good game, but there are lots of FPS that are better. A few unique and innovative things happening in this game, but overall, 'been there, done that'. Good soundtrack!

  • Seriously good racing game. PGR doesn't get much respect and that's a shame. Graphics were terrific, fun racing modes and I really dig the 'style points' feature.

    Rating: * * * 1/2

  • One of the better shooters out there. It borrows a lot from Bioshock, but it throws in a few original ideas too. The save system system sucks, and it's very linear, but it's a lot of fun. Rating: * * * *

  • Why the hate? Great kart racing game. Rating: * * * *

  • Excellent RPG. The only other Tales game I played was Symphonia on the Gamecube, and I'm happy to report this one is as good, if not better. The combat is fun, the story is really in-depth and ...oh wow! Everyone isn't 13! HOORAY! 18 maybe, but not 13. Got almost 60 hours into this bad boy.

  • Did not really care for this game, got it cheap though. Tony Larussa Baseball is still the king, baby. Rating: * *

  • Really cool game. Once you get into and involved in the story, it really becomes a blast. The Darkness powers are awesome and pretty unique, graphics are good, and the story is engaging...if a bit odd, what with all the past-life time-travel shit. highly recommended!

  • I really love the Simpsons and loved Simpsons: Hit and Run on the Gamecube, but this one is a step back. Way back. I appreciated the "Simpsoness" of it, but the gameplay left me cold.

  • The Tomb Raider series hasn't really been relevant since the 90's, but this one is pretty good. Camera issues aside, it was fun. Rating: * * *

  • Good tennis game, but this is basically the same game you played on the Dreamcast, like 10 years ago. Oh, Sega.
