How could this game stand a chance against Halo? They're not even in the same league.

No, Activison, you're not fooling us with this boots on the ground shit.
Despite the campaign being okay at best, the multiplayer was different beast. Why did the devs have WWII soldiers dress up as the grim reaper and Worzel Gummidge? And why do shotguns have incendiary rounds when they weren't even used on the field in WW2?
If you're looking for a gritty campaign and brutal multiplayer experience, Call of Duty: World At War is a much better and more refined game overall.
