I think they are indeed a form of art.  People put their heart and souls into games to create them and make them look EXACTLY a certain way.  They spend months trying to get it to feel just right so when you play, you immerse yourself into it in such a way that you forget for a time that you are in reality sitting in a chair at home.  it's the same as a gallery piece at the Smithsonian.  I walk up, and see the amazing seascape of a ocean-going battle of Spanish and British warships, and am able to almost feel the spray, and smell the gunpowder, blood, and saltwater.   yes, games are not SOLELY art, such as said painting.  But whether intentional or accidental, they are indeed a form of artistic expression that merges with a wonderful type of interactive stimulus.

heh. you have fun with those ideas. Try to get them on film. i'd like to watch the attempts.

yeah.  the new one I've got coming is an S.  I'm rather excited about it.  And no worries on the "hating" thing.  I really don't give a crap about rivalries on systems. I'll play em all, and love it. there is no "best" system.  Just different ones that cater to different tastes....and even that is blurring together. I remember back in the day when Nintendo was THE place for FPS..and PS was THE place for RPG's. Not the case anymore. you find amazing titles of every genre on every system.  Only reason I don't have a PS3 yet is money constraints. :P

I'd play..but I've no Xbox atm.  Sad day indeed.

Well.  I'm writing this, as I'm INCREDIBLY bored.  My awesome Halo 3 X box decided to red-ring on me last night.  I'm now without my lovely box until the Halo:Reach Xbox that I've pre-ordered comes out.  This next month is going to be quite grueling. >.<  I shall likely be posting here a good bit more...at least for a while, Until I get my new Xbox; at which point I'll likely go back to only checking my achievements on occasion. I admit it. I am a SLAVE to them.  Til later, I'M OUT!
