Games I beat in 2014

List items

  • There's a lot wrong with the gameplay and the level design it outright terrible but man is this game fun. If you're an X-Men fan and a Deadpool fan, go find a cheap copy and set it to easy. The jokes get better as it goes.

  • Holy crap, this game! So much fun! Only works if you like South Park and its particular brand of humor. Will have to play it again this year.

  • Couldn't find an entry for Dragonfall but considering Dragonfall is every bit as long if not longer than the inital campaign I thought I would include it. I love the writing in these games but man the combat and stat system seems extremely off balance.

  • I didn't like the gameplay as much as the first two but man did the story, although very predictable, hit the heart strings good. Great game. Not a system seller but if you own a PS4 you should get it.

  • Great sound, great combat, really enjoyed this. Wish it was longer and that the story was a bit more fleshed out though.

  • Awesome story, great main character, great villain. Only really lacking in the city environment.

  • Just an all around amazing game. Fun writing with some genuinely sad moments and despicable villains. The gameplay is a blast. The game does have its glitches but nothing that ruined the experience for me.

  • Fantastic story and game except I absolutely hated the combat. Turns out though, RPG combat you hate is tolerable when you edit your save file to give all your main party 50+ on all their stats.

  • Beat all the DLC for the first game. Lots of thoughts, some good, some bad. Man I did not like the combat system for these games.

  • This game feels like a movie that needed one more edit to make it work. Lot of good, lot of bad. Also surprised they would call a more restrictive, smaller game "2". Agree with Rock, Paper, Shotgun on this, should have been Dragon Age: Kirkwall.
