I enjoyed it, but it's always annoying that much like Cold Steel, you can't get everything in one go.

Picked up the trilogy when there was a Capcom sale recently. It was kinda interesting seeing the difference between the regular cases of the original and the 5th case that was added later.

Shoot dudes, acquire orange gear. Rakks are the most deadly enemies in the game.

Nightmare run. I can spam S-crafts with the best of them. Laura with the ice crown and level 5 Murakumo was kinda broken.

That was a dark ending. I missed one notebook entry though. Guess that's something to get in my nightmare run.

Didn't quite like how they structured the lives/levels, but I still had an amusing time playing it.

Finished the main campaign. Big fan of 2 handed chainsaw swords.

Once I got over the initial bummer of it not being a strategy rpg, it was an okay game. Also, I am now ready for any Koi-koi minigames Yakuza might throw at me.

Picked it up for the Switch since it works really well as a play on my lunch break at work kind of game. Finished routes B and D so far on Langrisser 1. It's, uh, way easier than the genesis game, but still pretty fun. Ended up finishing all the routes.

Played through it at an arcade bar for a couple bucks. Reminded me of college (well, the first time).

Cleared the true final Millennium Tower, so I'm a 1.8%er. Anyway, enjoyed the shift to turned based rpg, and they managed to make Ichiban an interesting enough character on his own, even if his moral core was ultimately the same as Kiryu's.
