On Persona 4 I'm up to the Nanako Dungeon and I can't seem to be able to make it past the fourth floor without the protagonist dying. I'll quickly sum up my four attempts at the dungeon.

1. Made it to the fourth floor and was killed by a shadow using Agi attacks on my when I was using a Persona who was weak against fire. So I died.
2. Second floor. Same result from the previous attempt. Killed by fire.
3. Second floor. I was going well. I had a Persona that reflected fire so I thought I was going well, and I was. The problem was that some bastard in my power grid must've triggered a black-out throughout 3 suburbs near me. At least I can't blame myself for this.
4. Third floor. While using the same tactic by reflecting fire I was doing pretty well. Then a shadow came along and pummelled me with Bufu attacks. Shame the Persona I was using was weak against ice. Dammit.

It sounds like you might want to look into fusing and levelling up a Black Frost. Most people recommend that he be fused when you're still going through Mitsuo's dungeon, but the guy is just all-around super useful for the rest of the game, since he absorbs fire and ice attacks by default. Equip your main character with some fire damage-boosting equipment and you have a Persona on your hands which can do tremendous damage for you while taking care of those elemental issues you keep running into. He might be a bit underleveled when you fuse him at this, but I imagine he would still be really useful anyway as long as he was set up well enough with inherited abilities and whatnot.

look like it time to check Igor and change some persona. Like Pepsi says, Black Frost is good. Or got a persona that is not weak to anything. Also go out the TV land and sell your stuff to get better gear.

What level are you compared to the shadows?

Tam Lin's pretty good too. I remember using him mostly for Nanako's dungeon. =) I don't think he has any weaknesses either.

Yep. Had a Tam Lin with Cool Breeze from Yatagarasu and breezed through that dungeon, pun unintended. The usual Black Frost helped out a lot, too."

I really want to say that I didn't have it in me to fuse him into something else, even at the last dungeon (of the true ending). Granted by that point I was using Kohryu, Trumpeteer, and Satan, but he was still there, in my roster. xD Cool Breeze is really, really useful, especially on a Persona you'll be using primarily physical attacks with. "

I have just picked up persona 4 now if only i had the time to start it.

I tried the dungeon a fifth time. The result is in the first post.

Try using Hama or Mudo when those dice appear, according to the enemy list in the wiki Fallen posted Curse Dice are weak against it. =)
