A solid and enjoyable single player experience that would probably make this game near the bottom of this list; the multiplayer side of things is what makes this game my GOTY, a much improved perk system, some excellent maps and fantastic killstreak rewards. I've already put a ton of hours into it and I'll be adding a lot more in the coming months. Add in Spec Ops mode to things and it really is a brilliant package.

This was so close to being my GOTY but was narrowly beaten by MW2. A fantastic experience from start to finish, a brilliant Co-Op mode and LOOT. Loads of Loot! I loved fallout 3 but this is a better game because the shooting is better than most FPS games and really make this standout from the crowd. A big surprise and I can't wait for more DLC

Yet another surprisingly good game. Enjoyable combat, some great puzzle and a game in which every aspect was extremely polish and more than just functional. I enjoyed the story from start to finish and I was struggling to think I would play a better game after I completed it. The only disappointing thing has been the lack of re-playability which is why Borderlands and MW2 have finished above it.

The first one had good ideas but was tedious and repetitive. Ubisoft sorted all the problems with the first one and managed to make an enjoyable story with characters I enjoyed playing. A great ending finished off what was again a bit of a surprisingly good game. Only just beaten by Batman as well, it's Batman.

The best racing game I have ever played although I still find it gets tedious towards the end and I'm struggling to finish it. Luckily the community features/customisation and multiplayer make up for it and I love the physics and feeling of taking a section perfectly. The incar views whilst not fantastic really make it more immersive and I doubt I'll play another race game in another view because of it

Technically out last year I only started playing this in February and along with the DLC I played what I thought was one of my favourite games ever. Unfortunately things like Borderlands have shown that you don't need so much dice rolling to be going in the back ground to make a good shooter RPG. A couple of disappointing DLC packages have taken away some love of this game for me.

Didn't enjoy this as much as the first one, it just lacked a little spark but overall it some nice features added in and with some more refinement it could become one of my favourite game ever.
