I agree that Giant Bomb should make an effort to contact the folks at Pocket Casts. It's your users that are suffering from this issue.
Having said that, I did send a support email to Pocket Casts via the app, explained the issue, and gave them edgework's contact info as he suggested. Hopefully something will come of that.
I'm having an issue with Pocket Casts premium feeds on Android. They worked perfectly up until last Friday but now I'm not getting any new episodes.
If I unsubscribe from the feed and resubscribe the missed episodes will be there, but then no new episodes from that point in time will show up. No idea if this problem is on my end, on Giant Bomb's, or on Pocket Cast's.
