nevermind, I was informed this item does not exist

I know its around, I've heard of it but don't know its name, if its a rune, a charm or what but does anyone have the rune/charm/whatever that allows you to remove the runes in a weapon/armor piece or at least know its name?

any epics would be helpful

I have a full Aesir Set built for a Human Berserker with Epic Berserker staves.  Willing to dupe for Epic Lvl 50  Cyber Defender armor and weapon set or Epic Cyber Champion Pistols. Or willing to buy Lvl 50 Cyber Defender Epic gear and weapons.  Will Pay  credits for Epic sets if you want
