I was born in 1980, and I've been playing video games as long as I can remember. Video games are my favorite hobby, although the type of game that I've played has changed throughout the years. I started playing crappy games on a Commodore 64, moved on to even worse games on my dad's 386 (besides the original Tetris, which was awesome), and finally settled into consoles when I got a Sega Master System. I moved on to a Sega Genesis, then a Nintendo 64, where I played a lot of Nintendo's first party titles, Bust-a-Move, and Goldeneye 007. I then got really into PC gaming, mostly playing first person shooters like Counter Strike and Half-Life. Since then, I got a Gamecube, and again focused mostly on Nintendo's first party titles. I then went off the deep end and have gotten pretty much every console since. For about 3-4 years, I got really into World of Warcraft, to the exclusion of almost all other games. But here recently since my son was born, I don't have the time to invest into WoW, so I've been playing iPhone games and DS games when I get a bigger chunk of time. I'm hoping to play some good platformers or sports games with my son whenever he's ready.
