Has anyone else got a sore thumb playing this? I've been aggravating mine for the past couple of days now, and I can tell you it's bloody painful,  it's hurting to beat of my pulse right now... It's like a videogame memory lane of pain, the exact same thing happened with the NES game back in the day. 

I want some more control options, and another ice cube :(

I've been getting a sore thumb from trying to beat the trails in Street Fighter IV.  :-P

Which thumb?  I don't find Punch Out to be that hard on my thumbs

On my left hand thankfully. If it was on the right I'd be screwed what with my work commitments right now.
