So back when Red Faction: Armageddon was released, there was a promotional code in the box that granted you access to the Initation Station for Saints Row: The Third. It is essentially the player creation system that will be featured in the game. Now, Volition, Inc. said this would be released before the game releases, but we're getting to the point where we're less than a month from launch.

I haven't heard anything about the Initation Station, other than it would release before the game to give fans access beforehand. Has there been an update or any word from Volition?

The forums on the official site have been down for the past couple of days for a "big upgrade".   They may be setting up the community stuff for the Initiation Station.

@kingzetta: Yeah, either RFA preorders or if you bought the Saints Row 1&2 double pack.

Their new website just went live with characters created by Volition and THQ staff.
