It looks like the video game went into development first, and then the anime and manga came out around the same time.

The game actually came out in Japan before the Anime was even announced if I remember right. The game is definitely the source material.

Looking at dates around the Internet, the anime and manga were lead-ups to the game. They both started a couple of months before the game came out, but yeah, the game is the source material.
