I have been programmed to view children and their upbringing in a certain way; my mother is a psychologist who has worked with kids her whole life, and my sister is a school teacher and has also worked in nurseries. I know these are pixel facsimiles of humanity, but there are moments in this that give me a weird feeling of unease.

Like, that baby in the crib has probably spent only ~2-5% of its waking life interacting with humans, so I'd basically expect it to grow up and be feral.

Also, at 54:05, the toddler got "bad manners" points for getting naked when a stranger was in the house. Game, it's a toddler, right? It's supposed to be a child no older than 2-3. It's not bad manners, it's just spontaneous fun weirdness, kids do that sort of shit all the time - it's not something that needs to be discouraged.

I dunno, weird thought. Enjoy the series, Abby is always hilarious.

I've got high hopes that with money starting to roll in some stuff will get replaced with better quality items so things like sleeping fill up quicker and poor Dobby isn't always getting like 1/4 of a meter before waking up again. It takes so long for any of them to fully replenish their energy!

I also look forward to the children aging up enough to where they can all become money factories, too.

Watching this series is really making me think about getting back into The Sims.

I didn’t think how much having kids is a game changer. I never really thought about how they can get food out of the fridge, but drag it and give it to a toddler. Also, that trash can is OP for this challenge.
