I wonder what the rules are for having former employees/coworkers as guests? It seems like Gerstmann almost never acknowledges the existence of people he used to work with, but the Nextlander guys seem to be able to interact with anyone they want, is there a corporate issue, or just the way these things seem to have gone over the years? Sometimes it seems like there should be more interaction between people who still seem to be friends, but I wonder what gets in the way?

Jeff addressed this a few days ago on his stream, I'm paraphrasing but he said he basically talks to no one but his wife and kids, and people on his discord, partly because he is bad at keeping up with people and partly because having 2 young kids + running a business is all-consuming.
