I was really disappointed that the japanese voices in Tsushima are not synced to the lips. Had to change it back to English even though I was always planning to play in Japanese.

I have noticed that too. But the VA is so good, it makes me think im playing with Roronoa Zoro from One Piece (he is his voice since the beggining)
