As someone who has received food in the mail, and subsequently gotten ridiculously sick, I can tell you that they should be at least a little afraid that they're about to be poisoned.

Not intentionally poisoned (probably). But even the best intentioned care package might have languished in a 2-4 week shipment loop if UPS/FedEx/the US postal system haven't been 100% on the ball.

Admittedly, sounds like the people at UPS knew what they were doing here, judging by Ryan's statement toward the beginning.

Really want Portillio's now. I live in the UK but have relatives in Chicago, last time I got food there was 5 years ago and it was amazing. Too bad that I can't ship Portillo's to the UK
