There are a lot of launch racers

Just like Asphalt on the 3DS, iPhone, iPad etc this is garbage. Ubisoft is the king of flooding the launch of a system with trash.

There is already Wipeout 2048 if anyone is looking for a good solid racer on the Vita.

Christ, this game is so generic looking. It doesn't look bad per say, just plain as shit.

Oh god, where are the car physics??

Oh Gameloft; your Burnout ripoff is still really janky. Those crashes are shit. The bumping physics lack oomph and impact. And the "Hot Miami Nights" effect for full nitrous isn't fooling anyone. Maybe you guys should spend more than 3 months making your ripoff games.

Looks like more a PSP game.

Good clean effects on the power ups and interface. So few get that right recently with Racers.

hey, theres a ridge racer game i got on my ipod touch like 2 years ago, looks better than this.

Phone quality games on your gaming handheld. Just what you wanted clearly.

Asphalt has never been that great, but this looks a bit rushed to me. Some promising ideas here, and a lot of old-school style (reminds me a lot of PSX era games) but the execution is... eh. This looks like it was co-developed with the Android/iPhone version to me, and not at all a native PS Vita game (explains the fairly poor visuals).

I fear for the future of the Vita if this is part of the launch lineup...just looks low budget all over. Almost like you are racing micro machines.

I do have fond memories of Asphalt Urban GT back when I was young and got my first DS though

The video doesn't do the graphics justice, they really are total shit. I downloaded the demo and got halfway through the first lap and I deleted the thing in disgust. There are three year old iPhone games that sold for two bucks that look better than this.

I almost bought this game when it was on sale for $10. Than I just had to remember this QuickLook and saved myself $10. Thanks guys.
