It hits the all of the right marks and Ellen Page is a great addition.

Where the hell are you getting a ghost from? She looks more psychic to me.

Damn, looks great. I love me some Quantic Dream. That one scene where a SWAT dude's eyes turn all white, it has me thinking maybe she takes control of dudes and that'll part of the gameplay.

Oh and her character at the beginning is reminding me of that movie Hard Candy, which makes those scenes kinda creepier to watch.

Shouldn't this be on Screened instead of Giant Bomb?

Heavy Rain, but with Fahrenheit supernatural elements and starring Ellen Page? Yes i will preorder this.

Looks technically impressive. Like a cross between Psi-Ops, and Uncharted with just a touch of Amy. I like the supernatural theme they have going but I need to see more gameplay or at least hear about it.

If this game can tell a cohesive story, I would love it. I was really disappointed in Heavy Rain's story when I took a minute to think about it, but there's no denying that, in the moment, it was an incredibly intense and emotional ride. I hope this game can achieve that, and stand up on its own afterwards.

Say this is a demo is misleading; there was no actual gameplay. I'd need to see a lot more than this to pass judgement.

I wish more games had facial animation that looked like this. I'm looking at you Ghost Recon: Future Soldier.

It looks great and the premise seems intriguing, but I hope there is a legitimately good game behind all that flash. I applaude and respect anyone trying to bring new and fresh ideas to the gaming genre, but if this plays just like Heavy Rain maybe Cage would be better served directing his creativity at films rather than games.

Facial animation and voice acting seem awesome!

@MikeFightNight: There is no way this won't play like Heavy rain, just like Heavy Rain played exactly like Indigo Prophecy. I guess it's an improvement that Cage has stopped modeling his characters after his niece then giving reasons to get them naked.

Wow! The facial animation was amazing! That was very cinema movie-like quality, and I hope the game will live up to that movie sequence.

@SpecDotSign: They said on the G4 broadcast immediately after the press conference that Kara was purely a tech demo. If it ever makes its way into its own game then cool, but until then it's about as likely as that Final Fantasy 7 PS3 remake.

I am aware of this. Even when they showed off the Kara demo it said that it was a tech demo. But they also said the same thing about the audition tech demo, and she ended up being a story character in Heavy Rain.

I was hoping for some great sci-fi stuff after that Kara tech demo, not some supernatural ghost story with a SWAT team bollocks. Could not be more uninterested in this.
