This is the Sea of Thieves experience I've had.

Funny. I just got around to watching the last one this morning.

well, that's a "fun" way to end the series (probably)..
i ran into so many more krakens and mega sharks than yall playing solo it would give me super anxiety when the sea darkened and spooky music starts.. had to quit because i couldnt finish quests and would lose allot of progress (maybe they toned that down)
that loop of yall fixing the holes and struggling to keep your boat afloat while the pvp'rs just sit there and keep making more holes, more fire, more destruction zZz

Yeah I miss Alex and Brad being a part of this.

I think that's the whole loop of this game; find some treasure, then have your ship sunk.

This is what makes Sea of Thieves not a great game. Some people just want to puzzle and look for treasure and those people will always just be prey for some random crew looking to sink other players. Until they create servers for players who don't want to fight (Or and option to flag themselves as available for fighting), these players will never get to have a fun, relaxing time.

As much as I have enjoyed watching you guys goof around in this game, I think this whole feature has been the perfect example of everything wrong with this game. It's such a disorganized, chaotic mess of game design choices that are 100% incompatible with one another. This game is often infuriating to play unless you're with a crew who is skilled at the PvP. I'm not sure why Rare has spent so much time and money adding dozens of hours of awesome PvE content to the game, while also designing the game to cater to a**holes and sweaty PvP nerds. Imagine every time you try to do a quest in Skyrim, some nerd with 1300 hours in the game rolls up, wrecks, you, steals all of your stuff, and you have to start completely from scratch.

Man, that fucking sucks at the end.

Yeah. not quite as fun without so much group chaos and fun chat.

That sucked, there needs to be a no-pvp mode or at least some balancing in crew sizes.

I feel like ten episodes is a good enough point to say that every time I see this title I think of the Mastodon song and just how good of an album Leviathan is.
