Yea, where did his money go?

It went away when that notification sound happened while in Config menu.

I have been loving this game.

They're adding a lot to it offer time and actively taking player suggestions (one of the unlocks is an in game link to the suggestion website).

@squidracerx: You get spirit orbs like zelda and each one lets you pick a core stat upgrade. It is bad that you can't back out of the sacrificial alter menu.

I love that it went from a farming game right in to Path of Exile at the end.

For me it was the ore clumps, they look basically identical.

@jarp12: Ben accidentally bought the north piece of land when clicking around in the menu, later you see the frozen plot up there when he goes to spend the 50K+ coins he has.

This looks extremely charming. Not the first or last game I have watched half a preview for and then stopped and went and bought. Thanks for giving me the heads up duders!

I didn't see any credits on that fan art! If there's not at least some way to bring that up (which still isn't good enough if you're going to feature it right there in the main menu), consider me pissed off on the behalf of any artists having their art put there without getting any practical exposure.

The writing on that engineer was painful, just someone with a chip on their shoulder about engineers. The dev spends a lot of time on their twitter talking about how business is more important than games development, its a little weird to see a small dev more interested in money than games. I'm not gonna support this, this is a studio we will be hearing about how they worked their staff to death with crunch time later on. Its success seems to be based on mining nostalgia comparisons to stuff like Zelda and Stardew and Minecraft.

I'll share one of my favorite reminders uttered by Bob Zmuda: "It's called show-Business. Show...business. Without the business, you don't have a show."

@adamcboyd: The mantra of someone with little to offer the world, I have no idea who Bob Zmuda is. A company that cares more about its business than its products makes crap.

Anyone know if the other dungeons are more elaborate than just some simple maze? I hate mazes and that's pretty much the only reason keeping me from buying this right now.

I suspect they both used the same asset packs since the wood, ore, stone were exactly the same with just some filters applied.

The skull is a maze but the other 3 are more Zelda style dungeons. Relatively simple, but not mazes.

@sessh: I meant to also say that there are 4 other puzzle dungeons that are single screen but one large puzzle.

On one hand this seems to have it's own take on the genre, on the other hand, this ain't simcity at all. It just seems like there are a lot of aspects to this game that are not all great. The combat looks bad, the inventory management seems nonexistant & the shrines seem harsh and hard to use when inventory management is not really a thing.
