I yearn for the days when "overstaffing" and "lack of projects to work on" led to layoffs specifically for the leaders who over-hired and didn't plan ahead.

That ESRB idea is nuts. Did someone over there read all the stories about face ID misidentifying people for the police and say "Yea, that's the business I want to get in?"
