Phil always sounds so sincere, say what you will about him and XBOX but he's well spoken and passionate about what he does. Edit: clarity!

@pretty_sharp: Yeah I've never respected xbox as a brand but I really, really respected the way he came across and what his vision is. Not going to go and buy an X but it's good to see someone like that at the head.

Phil Spencer being really cool on interviews with Waypoint and GB make me regret not having touched my xbone since the Master Chief Collection.

What a great interview. Hearing how forward thinking and passionate Phil is about the industry really inspires alot of hope. Really glad they saw to put someone who is as responsible and with as much understanding of the industry as him in charge of the gaming division.
