Props for the Shaun shout-out, feels kinda full-circle given his first posted youtube video is actually a really good GB Mario party highlight vid.

@unastrike: I think you may want to poke at this one a bit. I think the transcoding may have failed. It's been over 21 hours or so and (for me anyway) the video refuses to play and the downloads for the video fail.

@paulwgraham: Thanks for the heads-up. Seems ok now. Just had to kick it.

The video for this still isnt working? The download button works to play it, but the actual video player on the site refuses to.

I am also having the behavior where all videos hosted by the new player fail to play.

RE: kid's first game - the first thing my daughter (2) played was Goat Simulator. She was delighted that she could make the goat move and jump when she commanded it. Something where there aren't any stakes like that is probably best for a first, I think.
