Do they still not realize that Brad answered "Dec" by accident?

Seriously dude. He clicked on Declaration of Independence but the stupid game submitted Dec as an answer for some reason. Fault's on the game, not the player.

It really doesn't matter whose fault it is. I was pissed because no one noticed it, despite how completely noticeable it was, and used it against the game.

So it wasn't Brads fault cause he did what he was doing the entire time but this time the game decided to pick Dec rather than the whole phrase. How is that not the games fault? Thats still 100% the games fault.

It's the game's fault in a different way. They thought Brad correctly submitted "Declaration of Independence", but really, for whatever reason "Dec" was chosen. So, it's still the game's fault, but the game simply didn't just reject the right answer like they thought.

I think the reason this is becoming such a thing is because the video is so hilarious.

They will hopefully announce the game for TNT on the bombcast, I still don't understand why they don't say it on ILM... The last two weren't mentioned beforehand in any way, shape or form and tweeting it a day or a couple of hours before doesn't count.

I believe they record the ILM video on Friday a lot of the time, and don't actually give any thought to what to play on TNT until after the weekend.

Still no mention of the Galaxies build-up, getting a bit worried now.

I assumed they were just logging in the day it shut downs. What else did you expect from it?

As others have said, if you go back and watch the videos they did when The Matrix Online shut down, they made a character and logged in several times over the course of a week or two, and actually sort of got to know the basics of the game and the final event that was going on in the game. And the community was oddly receptive to them, because Giant Bomb might have been the only site giving any significant coverage to the game shutting down.

Given that Galaxies shuts down in a matter of days, it's guaranteed that this feature won't be as in-depth as the Matrix Online video series, since they're barely going to have time to show up for the final in-game event. I guess I can't blame them when they've been busy with all the holiday releases recently, but it's still a shame that we're probably just going to get one long live video out of this on the final day, where none of the GB staff has any idea what they're doing or what's happening.

That Will Smith head-spin thing was the scariest image I've ever seen. Can we get that in a looping .GIF?

Yeah. It takes a while to realize, but I Love Mondays is full of what seems to be deliberate nightmare fuel. I only just noticed the drawing of Jeff on the desk.

Actually Ryan has been preparing for the event for a long time. He has had a character created for some time and to avoid unwanted attention he has withheld the name of his profile; I do believe he mentioned his character's name on a recent podcast, though. Of course the fact that they haven't been covering this means how much time he has spent with the game is left entirely up to speculation, I'm guessing he's at least figured out the basics by now.

Having a Monday a day would suggest you are caught up in a rather serious time paradox. In a situation like that you would probably not want to keep The Doctor away.

Oh wow, a Monday! Just what I always wanted. That picture of Will is terrifying, but I'm also craving some apples.
