Wow, I figured loads times wouldn't be an issue with the smaller textures necessary for the what amounts to 540p and the digital media. What's the reasoning behind that? Maybe encryption is slowing down the reads? Or something else?

They should have held off on this game until they could implement online play.

I'm really hoping that LittleBIGPlanet Karting doesn't hurt the chances of an actual, full-fledged ModNation Racers 2 on the PS3.

The draw rate... Gah! I don't want to blame the Vita's hardware, but considering that Touch My Katamari had a similar issue, I don't know anymore. Pop-in is one of those things that ruins a game once you begin to notice it...

I don't know why the developers removed online play from a game that pretty much demands it to be fun. Those load times are atrocious, too. I do like the touchscreen controls for creating new tracks, though.

A bit shocked to see that this game doesn't have a Trackmania style system, where you need to set a standard completion time on your own track before being allowed to upload it...

I enjoyed this game much more on the Vita than PS3. Really liked the touch screen for creations.
