I know all about that "brakes don't work" dream. My personal favourite is when you don't die right away and then wake up, but instead careen off of a bridge into a lake and fight and struggle until the car fills up with water and you wake up sweating and choked up.

Fingers crossed that Abby can bust through those restrictive white-man rules of vlogging to achieve something loftier.

Been going through a similar crisis of artistic conscience in my own way, so I hear you Abby. What's been working for me (just sharing my experience, definitely not the only solution) has been getting involved with political groups in my area (shoutouts to Seattle DSA) and learning to organize and do mutual aid. That's helped a lot with my wanting to change the world feelings as I make connections, get perspective, and see actual change happening, plus it's freed me in my art to find joy in the process and love the exploration again.

Best of luck to you as you figure out your own path. Whatever you do, we appreciate your unique voice and style you bring to GB! ?

as an artist i hate people talking about art and status. When your art is a VLOG talking equal parts Bjork and about what being sick is, I don't know, maybe that is good art.

Of the three seasons of this show, that was actually one of my favorite episodes. It was interesting to hear them talking about some behind the scenes E3 stuff, as well as their feelings on art and the shows they do.
