Lockdown 2020: Nioh 2 (03/20/2020)

Maybe it's because of the game choices, but I'm loving Jason's stuff during this weird thing.

I mean, it might just be because Jason is great. Also, I can't wait for him to realize he has to ki pulse after every attack string, it'll improve his time with the game immensely.

Jason’s family makes me really happy whenever they are cute and wholesome on camera. Griffin, you are the man!

To anyone else playing - If you're selling/offering/breaking down items, you can hold triangle and scroll down the entire inventory menu to highlight everything, then just hit x once to sell it all at once.

Was so happy to find that today haha.

For Jason, I'd say a few things:

1. A lot of it starts with learning to regularly Ki Pulse. He's got to get in the habit of doing it. Got to. After every single attack. It's how you keep combo chains going and a lot of buffs are procced by perfect timing on the Ki Pulse.

2. He should also get in the habit of using his yokai abilities in fights. Those are the attacks that drain yokai maximum stamina. Doing that makes them a lot easier to stagger and running them out of stamina will also yank them out the Dark Realm. That becomes critical in a lot of boss fights, so its worth learning to do.

3. Ki Pulsing and using yokai abilities on the regular will also let him be much more aggressive. Right now, he's being way too passive in a lot of fights. This game will punish you for doing that. He got a little taste of that in the Ippon-Datara fight where it kept pulling him into the Dark Realm after the fight went on too long. A thing to keep in mind is that once you run them out of stamina, yokai enemies will stagger with every hit, so it pays to burn them down and then whale on them while they're out of stamina.

@therealturk: I'm also going to add that the green titled abilities you buy on the abilities tree need to be manually added to your abilities manually on the skill menu. I guess I forgot that was something you did in the previous game and I forgot about it in this game.

Why does it looks so artifacty?

I watched to whole thing but it was hard to watch.
