I like the way this game does co-op. It's totally arbitrary, but it's a pretty smart way of ensuring that both players get to do something in a game which is otherwise built for single-player.

Alex goin waaaay back with the Silverhawks reference. Don't remember the show much, but the opening was amazing.

Playing a video game Co-operatively I mean, not...uh...you know what I meant.

I could see myself getting kinda into this game. The art wasn't immediately appealing to me, but it has a charm to it. But the mechanics actually seem well thought out and fun.

This game was made for phones, so the developer tried hard to make it as phone game-looking as they could, down to the typefaces and color palette. Just a bit tiring that every phone game looks the same.

Hey everyone! I'm the leader designer on the game. I wanted to just drop a quick note saying that this is not a game made for phones. There was a Burnstar released back in 2010, but they are very different games. The original was more of a prototype concept, and has very little to do with this game, like the Mario Bros arcade cabinet compared to Super Mario World. I can promise you the Burnstar you see here is 100% new and custom created and built and created for the PC over the last 4 years. It just happens to use the same name and the Burnstar character.

Makes me miss Bomberman. :/

Watching them play co-op stresses me out so much.

I went to buy this on my iPad, and it's not on the app store. That's a shame, as this completely looks like a mobile game. I'm assuming it will come to mobile platforms at some point in the near future? If so I'll definitely pick it up. I love Bomberman, and I love puzzle games! Here's hoping there's local wifi co-op support on the inevitable mobile version.

This make me want a cartoon series where Coldsnap just runs around yelling "Coldsnap!" and freezing everything, to the frustration of all the other characters, and Ember just keeps being crushed and shot constantly despite her ability to shield herself at any time.

What else would you mean with co-op? Sex? Do people actually use co-op as a term for sex?

@shiny_llama: Now I wonder if this was actually made in response to that GB video or not. Or maybe that's what that Game & Wario player was referencing. It's a mystery.

Just started playing this game because of the quick look and it's great. I don't think it would work very well on a phone though, trying to beat the stages under the time limit requires too much precision.

This looks like it wouldn't work on a phone at all to me. Apparently mobile gaming has progressed a lot since the heady days of Desert Golfing and Crossy Road.

Game looks neat! I'll pick it up.

How does Vinny have so much energy?

Burnstar is my favorite Rammstein song.

Game has a nice asthetic, it's a shame the music doesn't match it.

Looks like a fun game. Music seems out of place though or at the very least, a little repetitive.

The game seems pretty neat but that music loop is driving me insane.

Puzzle games! Seems cool, but not my bag.
