@vinny@alex Another Russian game with gloriously badly translated dialogue (but somehow with kinda professional sounding voice actors trying to make sense of their incomprehensible lines) is the space sim Dark Horizon from 2008. Throughout the missions there's a non-stop barrage of nonsense spouted from your wingmen, and it's kinda beautiful.

If I had to guess they just translated it using Google Translate. What's most funny about that is they used that as the script for the voice actor too. I've never seen that before.

But ya the position of words in the sentences stick out like a direct translation.

At least this game seems appropriately priced, though. I think 2$ is fair for this games quality. I got a good laugh out of it at least.

The GBEast crew has really come into their own with the Quick Looks. I find them consistently entertaining beyond expectations. Vinnie and Alex have perfect sense of humor chemistry, if thats even a thing.

Just wanted to let them know im truly enjoying their work.

Sure the game might not be great at all, but at least its priced properly. Unlike most of the crap that is being released lately where they are asking $10-$20 for games that aren't even as good as this. Like that Lex Mortis game or Blackwater Bay or whatever.... ugh. At least saying up front "Hey, our game isn't great. It's $2. I'd buy it on principal alone.
