I bought this game on GoG around a year ago, but only played it once... guess I'd better reinstall it.

Vinny should provide a service where if you give him the name of some game you've always had or meant to play but never gotten around to he'll make a video of himself playing it and send it to you. Thus you could be inspired to fully enjoy all of those games on your backlist.

Man, I thought this game was about Rex Grossman for a minute there.

@howlingtechie: as far as I remember it has some new quests and so on, they acutally released this version while i played the old one from gog -- which is perfectly fine version, I'd just go with that one if you don't want to play on mobile (its only 5,50 and its bugfree).

First the Stellaris interview, then the CK2 playdate, and now a KoDP quick look?? If the next thing is a Myth II: Soulblighter retrospective followed by an Unfinished of the latest Dwarf Fortress update, then I'll know for sure that it's not a coincidence.

I've been intrigued enough to own this game but intimidated enough to not really play it since the early 2000s, so I'm glad to see it get some coverage here.

Going into this knowing nothing about this game's story, I still found it sucking me in. I'm sure @Vinny helped it pull me in even more.

My guess from a hot and heavy deep dive, there is a throw away line from an event of a bigger world with differing versions of the same pantheon. Basically your lore may not be entirely accurate to explain why even having a wiki can still lead to failures in quests.

remember watching gog version played on streamfriends , wish more of it was played since i really liked watching it , i ended but buying the gog version n its fun. steam version would be nice tho since i prefer steam even if its a odd port of it.

There's a mod that lets you play in the A Song of Ice & Fire / Game of Thrones world using Crusader Kings 2, but that setting is low fantasy.
