When I first watched JoJos, I somehow managed to watch this season first and got to the end of these two episodes before realising there were earlier seasons. It was a weird transition. These two episodes are particularly wild and wooooooooooooah nelly is that a child

The age old question: Is the orangutan the Stand or the Stand user?

It's a shame that one of the weirdest stand/user combos is mired with the salacious treatment of an underage character. Strength and Forever reveal the potential for the really buckwild shit that JoJo gets into. Not to excuse it, but horror influences and homages are plentiful in the series. Endangerment of children is a common trope, as problematic as it can be. However, I do enjoy that the creepy and disturbing aspects are counterbalanced with absurdly silly goofiness.

Orang = people / human
Hutan = forest

Y'all talked about her butt a weird amount, lol. It's not that weird or done sexually. We got advertisements that do that, and probably the biggest example being that one Nirvana album cover, lol.

About the different types of Stands, there's three main types and every stand can fit into them.

You got the standard ghost-like ones, ala Star Platinum, Magicians Red, and Silver Chariot .

Then you got the ones that bind to a physical object, ala Strength. If it's bound to a physical object anybody can see and touch it.

The last type are remote stands like Ebony Devil. They're not as strong as the standard ones like Star Platinum and co but they can be used from a significantly further distance.

EDIT: damage to a Stand is reflected to the user unless it's a Stand bound to an object, then the user won't suffer damage. It's up to the Stand's user on if the Stand can physically interact with non-Stand things or not. Star Platinum could just phase through the walls of the jail to get him the items. Don't worry how he got them back in though.

Fun fact about Part 3: Most of the Stands/fights, at least in the first part, contain horror movie references as one of y'all mentioned. Tower of Gray had a mouth like a Xenomorph from the Alien franchise, Dark Blue Moon was very "Creature from the Black Lagoon" looking, Strength is a ghost ship, and Ebony Devil is clearly Chucky. There's plenty more of them in Part 3 and always fun to catch :D

Every now and then I think of how they could've cut some fat from Pt3 and both of these are two fights I think you could skip, but then I think of how unique Strength is being an orangutan with a murder ship and Ebony Devil is just a fun Polnareff fight. You could cut them, but they're also cool or fun.

Calling Polnareff JP and Jotaro Jojo is killed me on the inside, I keep having to take a second to think of who you're actually talking about lol.
