Their Couch-to-5k version of Zombies, Run gave me what I needed to start getting some exercise. I still have a long way to go, but so far I like the little extra it adds to break up the tedium.

I purchased The Walk after listening to this podcast. I have been intrigued by Zombies, Run for a while, but don't feel up to running just yet.

So far, I am quite impressed by The Walk. I will be running from Zombies after my 500mile walking trek is finished.
