Slightly inferior to it's PS2 counterpart
Silent Hill 2: Restless Dreams is still the same iconic game that was released on the PS2. The only things different about it are an extra ending, the side story "Born From a Wish", slightly improved graphics and lighting, and an extra weapon or 2 (I think). The only major negative I could really find was that the textures in some areas of the game would pop in and out and would sometimes get switched with textures of other things (at least that happened for me). Other than that you have the same slightly clunky controls and voice acting that could've been a little better. Everything else is pretty much the same as it's PS2 counterpart besides that one major gripe. It's not necessarily a must own like the PS2 version, but it's still nice to have for the extra content and improved visuals.
