Does this make Jeff want to use his lifetime sub yet?

Early reports say it's pretty good, the big problem is that up until now the game is faceroll easy, so people going in to do these are getting stomped since it is more in line with what you do in an MMO.  You never really bothered with "tanks" healers or aggro in the game, now you have to figure out how this stuff works while trying to get 4 others to as well.

It also means that all those points people didn't spend on ground skills is now making them useless whe nthey don't have their BOs to support them.  This isn't all the players fault, it's largely on Cryptic.

@victusaldel: I sent him the link info about the update, He probably knew about it already but I asked that question.
No reply, hehe.

Bet he is torn.
But I think he will keep it, will it actually get him to play it? who knows

(Probably not)

@Buzzkill:  Yep. Too little too late. This doesn't make me want to renew my sub. There are too many other quality games out that I could be spending my time and money on.

I eventually never even bothered with this game. All of the Quick Looks got my interested in it, but after reading critic/user reviews, I was put off by it.

After 112 hours of playtime in the first month since the game launched on February 2nd, I have just reached level 26 (19 levels away from the level cap). I'm only playing my Federation character, so I still have the Klingon side to explore after I reach the level cap. There is a lot of content in this game and I appreciate the fact that Cryptic keeps adding more. While this might not be enough for people who play the game for more than 10 hours each day, it is more than enough for me.

More than anything else, this is going to force people to actually learn to tank with hull HP, not with shields.

this game was pretty to look at and very average as far as the game play was concerned. I am glad that everything is pretty, but leveling up doesn't really mean anything when the enemies are just higher level and there arent' any real tactics involved.

as the first month of play just finished i would be really interested to know the numbers of people that continued their subscription. I ended mine pretty quickly maybe MMO's just aren't my type of game.

I was excited  because I thought this was more of space neon lobsters doing what space neon lobsters do.

I tried it a few hours ago. The queen was rough we couldn't beat her. She wiped out us almost immediately. It's also frustrating to get to her. You have to activate several consoles all at the same time and this several times. It took us awhile to figure it out. We eventually gave up after we died and realized we would have to do it all over again. A person in my fleet tried it with another group and it took them 8 hours to complete it. It's not worth if you ask me. The rewards aren't much better than what you get from the exploration daily.

If that actually became a raid mission I would play this stupid piece of shit game. Just so that I could see people saying that in LFG chat.
