So today I tried to log in my BNet account and a message appeared saying that my account has been blocked because of privacy measures. Apparently somebody tried to log in it more than 10 times and failed.

It says that they've sent me an e-mail regarding the issue, yet I find no e-mail from Blizzard in my inbox. And since I can only re-activate it from the e-mail in question, I practically can't log in my account anymore.

How could I solve this? Send an e-mail to Blizzard and wish they'll consider it?

Yeah, but I need to log in first to send them a message.

I googled Blizzard customer support and found my way to their Starcraft 2 page. I found this email there: accountsupport@us.battle.net

If that isn't the right region for you, I imagine it'd be listed on the correct page for it. That was from the US site =)

I guess buying the game again will cost me less than making trans-Atlantic calls.

@DeeGee - thanks. I hope they answer soon.

You still have to pay more for international calls?

Try your junk folder first. Thats where my email was when my account was compromised (mine was by a keylogger, so I reinstalled Windows since I was due to anyway, and then I upped my security). Luckily I had recovery set up so I got my account back quickly. It sounds like someone tried to brute force access to yours but couldn't.

The only issue I see is even if you get your issue solved, since this person knows your login email, what's to stop them from trying again?  Maybe look into getting an authenticator, that may help.
