I bought a season pass from GomTV the other day and have been watching the last tourney, but I've been hearing news about the next one. 
 
GomTV doesn't seem to have anything on season 2, do I need to buy a new pass for that? are they still in qualifiers? 

I had a friend of mine watching the some season 2 VODs earlier. So they should be up, I might of miss heard though.

Do you know where? and if they were in the top 64 yet? 

It really depends what kind of season pass you bought. There's about two or three different variations:
 The Season 2 Pass, which provides VODs and HQ Live Stream
The bundled Season 2 Pass+Season 1 VODs
The discounted Season 2 Pass, if you've bought the Season 1 Pass.
 
Currently, I believe they're on the 4th day of the Ro64, and they've been speeding through it because they've effectively done twice as many matches as last season because they're doing a midday cast and the regular timed cast. I'm not sure why, maybe it's to cater to the overseas crowd, maybe because of Blizzcon, or other reasons. I'm not even sure if they're doing this past the ro64. Anyways, the VODs for the Season 2 GSL should be up, they're up for me, anyways, and I purchased just the Season 2 pass.
