The guy quit on me, even though he probably had me beat. It was ZvT, me as Zerg. Dude was just wiping out everything I threw at him. I was pretty close to just GGing out on account of being on my last lot of vespene and minerals, so really don't know why he quit on me.
 
What's the longest game you've had?

That sounds like a pretty epic game. 

Probably about 1hr 20 as well. It was a 2v2, PPvPT with me and my teammate both being Protoss. Only lasted so long because they kept managing to rebuild by escaping with a worker or two.

1 hour exactly, I think.
 
1v1 on Steppes... of all maps.

I've never had a game longer than an hour. That seems insane for StarCraft unless something odd happened.

Longest was an hour. Similar situation, though I think it was more of a "Fuck this, I can't kill him!" on the other guy's end. Could have been also because I was killing globs of marauders and battlecruisers with siege tanks and vikings left-right-and center.

47 minutes.  He only had his main, but kept making Carriers.  fuck if I know how.  Threw stalkers and phoenixes at him until I was blue in the face, but just when I thought I had killed enough carriers to get to the meat of his buildings, there are 7 more waiting for me.  Had to get to work so I had to quit.  Would have won though.

About an hour or so, most of the map was mined out at this point and I was cranking units out faster than they could die.  He was talking a lot of trash too.  
 
It was fun though when  he'd show up with a bunch of Battle cruisers and those big walker things and I'd use my high templars to slaughter them with only a few voids and stalkers.

I had a game go an hour and 10 minutesish, on scrapyard.  I was zerg, got pushed back onto that island expansion (how does the Nydus worm reach that island floating out in space?), and I kept up one base at the high yield on the map until it was about mined out.  4 gas and all those minerals I was able to build air defenses and spam mutalisks, which eventually, slowly, took out his main and all of his expansions.  He said GG and then proceeded to bitch at me for being disrespectful by not quitting when I was losing earlier.

Longest for me is 1.4 hours.

1 hour 15 minutes. Just happened actually. I only had a command center left with a shitload of marines guarding it, and he had ~7 mutas. Only thing left to do was take out the buildings at all 3 of his expos. He found my CC when I was half way done. T_T
