So the guys at SRK have found out that when oiled up Hakan can cancel his forward dash into a normal. See for yourself:

That'll have some interesting combo starters.  If that is true and doesn't get patched then his danger zone is gonna be huge.  Good luck zoning someone who can dash into a combo from a distance.
